God and santa in schools

Yesterday I was thinking and a thought came into my head about the public school system. I find it strange that it seems ok to teach children about santa. Read them books during xmas about a man that sneaks into houses and leaves gifts under a tree. But if anyone mentions God and the name of Jesus Christ it is considered against the law. Recently an athletic director and a principal in Florida are facing possible prison time for praying in school. Does it make sense? Apparently it's ok for someone to get a dwi and get their license suspended. But if you pray you might have to face jail time. So anyway back to my first thought. People teach their kids that if they're not good then a man driving a sleigh with flying reindeer will not give them any toys. They say santa is watching and if you're not good then no presents. The same thing with the tooth fairy (out your tooth under your pillow so you can get money). But the idea of a Creator, to people seems to be a myth. I think everyone can agree that if you saw an airplane, you wouldn't say "tornado must have went through a junkyard and made that," or if you saw the words drink coca cola you wouldn't say "ooh look cloud evolution." Behind everything that has been created there is a person who created. God created the universe. He is All Powerful. Anyone who says that there is no God is as the Bible says a fool.

"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good."

-Psalm 14:1
